The roar of twelve V6, V8 and V12 engines broke the dawn silence at
Madrid's quiet northern exit. This was not just another edition of Amore
Ferrari, it was a celebration: twelve Ferraris, driven by customers of Santogal
Ferrari Madrid, set off on an exclusive route to Pamplona from 25 to 27
September, combining a passion for driving with the art of fine dining.
For three days, this red caravan—a symphony of Italian
engineering—travelled through some of the most picturesque landscapes of
Navarre and La Rioja through the Pyrenean valleys, linking perfect curves with
stops full of flavour.
Gastronomy with Designation of Origin
The carefully designed itinerary offered more than just adrenaline. The
first stop was at the Echaurren Restaurant in Ezcaray, run by chef José Feliz
Paniego, where attendees enjoyed a carefully prepared and delicate menu.
‘This trip is not just about cars. It's about sharing a passion,
enjoying the journey, sitting down at the table and toasting what unites us,’
said one of the participants, while his Ferrari Roma rested next to a Ferrari
12Cilindri.
Attendees also visited the Muga winery in Haro and Valduero in Ribera
del Duero, two of Spain's finest examples of quality, tradition and expertise
in winemaking.
The meeting point was always the Hotel Castillo de Gorraiz, a landmark
in Pamplona where the luxury and attention to detail of its team matches the
calibre of the Ferrari vehicles.
Inspiring Roads
The route, planned by Santogal Ferrari Madrid, took in some of the
region's most scenic roads: from the rolling vineyards of the area. Each
section offered a different symphony: the echo of the engine between rock
walls, the perfect layout to feel control in every curve, and open stretches
where the Prancing Horse's horses could stretch out freely (and responsibly).
A technical team from Santogal accompanied the tour, ensuring that each
Ferrari was in optimal condition. The attention to detail was such that even
the music in each car was personalised with an exclusive playlist for the
route.
A Community on Wheels
More than just a trip, it
was an experience that strengthened the community among Ferrari owners. The
spirit of Maranello was felt at every stop, every toast, every conversation
between engines. Santogal Ferrari Madrid didn't just deliver cars: it offered
memorable experiences.
‘Luxury isn't just about
owning a Ferrari. It's about living it. And this route was a tribute to that,’
concluded one of the organisers as the convoy bid farewell to Pamplona, leaving
behind a trail of elegance, power and passion.
