A space that has more than 1,900 m2 and which has recently received a visit from students from the UNIVERSAE Higher Institute of Vocational Training. Santogal Ferrari is the Official Ferrari Dealer in Madrid and its facilities include a new showroom in line with Ferrari's new corporate identity. A workshop area with the most advanced technology for the maintenance and care of new and classiche Ferrari vehicles. In addition, there is also Storage. A top-of-the-range vehicle hotel that looks after and cares for each vehicle during the time we are not in Madrid.

The students were able to see first-hand the different areas that make up this benchmark centre, touring its showroom and workshops, where they received practical training focused on the Italian manufacturer's methodology, customer service processes and work protocols in its Official Technical Service. Among other things, the technical managers of the famous company explained how their patented engines and the official Ferrari diagnosis machine work.

This was one of the most eagerly awaited moments for the 64 students who travelled to the Official Ferrari Santogal Madrid Dealership from Murcia, where they are studying the Intermediate Degree in Motor Vehicle Electromechanics and the Advanced Degree in Automotive Engineering.

The team from the team that guided the expedition also showed the visitors the models on display in the showroom, including the Ferrari 296 GTS, SF90 Spider, 488 Challenge and Ferrari Roma, the latest Ferrari range. As well as giving them a customer experience tour, discovering all the private areas of the dealership reserved only for Ferrari customers.

All of this allowed "the students to enjoy an enriching educational experience, consolidate the knowledge acquired previously in class and learn first-hand about the origins and values of this luxury brand", says the coordinator of the Automotive degrees at UNIVERSAE, Pedro Guerrero.
